Respect Human Life at Every Stage
This weekend we continue to look for way to be of service to God and to one another. There are so many ministries and organizations of service available to us in our parish.
Let’s continue to be people of faith, putting our commitment to Christ into action!
We know that October is Respect Life Month. We are very dedicated to honoring human life from “womb to tomb”.
October 10 happens to be the World Day Against the Death Penalty. Pope Francis has made it very clear that the death penalty is now “inadmissible” in Catholic moral teaching.
We pray for all those who have lost loved ones to murder, but we also want to recognize the dignity of human life and to give everyone a chance to repent and grow in holiness.
May this month help us to respect human life at every stage of existence.
And let us continue to pray for one another.
