Respect and Care For All People
We are now in what we call “Ordinary Time” in the Church year. This means that we can think of everyday, ordinary ways in which to be effectively living out faith.
On Monday, January 10 we will observe Dr. Martin Luther King Day. It is a way that we can show our values of respect and care for all people to the wider community. May our observance of this holiday give us some time to pause and consider the dignity of all human beings.
Again, my thank to all who have been so generous to our parish in these difficult months. By working together, we are getting through this time of pandemic.
We thank everyone for being safe by wearing masks and observing social distancing.
May those who are infected or affected by this virus know of our prayers and spiritual support.
And let us continue to pray for one another.
