A Life of Faith in God
A person of faith can certainly be an inspiration to others. It’s not so much by what a person might say, but by how that person tries to live a life of faith in God. Example, we know, speaks louder than words!
Faith and religion should walk hand in hand. Faith requires organization to be kept on track. That is what religion is designed to do. Our Catholic traditions can guide us in living effective lives of faith. Religion becomes empty ritual without faith and faith needs direction to be lived in real and practical ways. It all works together.
Faith is not rooted in one particular place or culture. It must be adaptable to be effective. The more we learn about the world around us and God’s love for us, the more we can share that love in powerful ways with others.
May we continue to grow as people of faith, guided by our traditions, to always make our lives better.
And let us continue to pray for one another.
