Find Our Place
We are all called to seek the Will of God in our lives. We know that through prayer and an openness to God’s Grace and Love we can find that Divine Will. It may be in our family relationships, our work or our outreach to the wider community, but God has a plan and purpose for each and every one of us and God will show us the way. That’s what it means to live a life of faith. So as a community, we work together to encourage one another to find our place. As disciples of Jesus,

Community of Faith
A parish community is a place where many people come together to grow in faith. Sometimes this is quite harmonious and sometimes we can encounter challenges. But working and praying together, people of faith can move forward. The many ministries and organizations of St. Cecelia Parish are a good example. We have a rich spiritual heritage here. Let’s continue to work and pray together in the name of Jesus, as a vibrant and purposeful community of faith. A way we are doing that

Share the Love
Summer is a great time for getting away. It is also a time in which we can reconnect with family and friends in so many important ways. We pray for all those who are on vacation at this time of year. May they be renewed in every way. We are encouraged by Jesus to love God with all our heart and soul. That also, of course, spills out into love for neighbor. Courageously Living the Gospel
Being aware of everything that goes on around us is important. As people of faith we must be up to date regarding local and world events. We want to be truly prepared to embrace and encounter the issues of our time and be prepared to be “courageously living the Gospel” as we witness to the world. This week we have welcomed a new Parochial Vicar to our parish. Fr. Brad Reed comes to us from his time of service at Espiritu Santo Parish in Safety Harbor, Florida. We are so happy
